- Academic integrity
- Currently working in one of the target areas of Florida: Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami

DOCTORAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- 93 student credit hours
- Transfer 30 credits from your master's program
- Remaining 63 credit hours can be distributed part-time over four years including:
42 hours of course study and practicum
21 hours of dissertation upon completion of qualifying exams
- Complete 6 to 9 hours per semester
- Engage in action research at home site for at least 9 credit hours
- Attend two, two-week summer institutes at Harvard University
